About Myself (Stephen Oates)

 I was born and raised in Franklin County, attending local schools as well as Greenfield Community College and participated in many of the area sports programs. After spending some time in the Eastern part of the state as well as the Seacoast of New Hampshire, I found that the opportunity for "quality of life" is right here in the Pioneer Valley.

 Having personally bought and sold properties myself, I realize how exciting, rewarding, and sometimes emotional this process may be. I am prepared to help make buying or selling a home a positive experience for you.

 After spending twelve years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, I've realized that my passion and enthusiasm is best suited in the real estate field helping others achieve their dreams, whether it's buying a new home, selling their present one or investing for the future.
